I met these clients 2 years ago, and between now and then they scoured everything in district 2 and 3. I insisted that they should leverage me during that time, but they insisted that they were fine on their own with where they were in the process.  They finally decided to reach out to me for additional information, and my input made them realize that they had spent most of their time in the market partially blind to many factors that would affect their final decision.  But it wasn’t a one way street, because I learned something from them as well; not through words, but through pure energy and actions.  These guys truly live in the present, count their blessings, and bask in every second they spend with each other. Sold! This was one tough. Tenant occupied (protected and disabled), and the interior framing around the windows were exposed due to dry rot. I offered my attorney and contractor consultations, but time was more valuable to my client since his wife was terminally ill.
