James Kil is an awesome agent!  He was referred to me by my cousin who used to be in the same field.  My cousin told me that he is knowledgeable, patient, and very reliable.  To me, reliability is the most important quality in an agent because this would be my first time purchasing a home and I had no idea about the process.  So, I decided to give James a try.  James was indeed very patient.  I told him all my criteria in my first home, and he would research for listings that meet those criteria.  Then I would pick a few from his list to go visit together.  It took about four months and we visited close to a dozen houses.  He would not pressure me in making an offer but would continue to show me other listings that I might be interested in.  Four months later, James found me my first home.  The house met 90% of my criteria so I decided to put in an offer.  James guided me through each step, from finding a lender, visiting properties, making an offer, to closing the deal.  It had been half a year since the purchase, I am still very happy with my house with no buyer’s remorse.  James Kil is a true gem.  If you are looking for an agent to buy or sell a house, I highly recommend James Kil!
